Who we are
Leaders Line Trading LLC is a Dubai-headquartered systems integrator and the creator of the O2 IoT server. We design, install and support IoT and automation, CCTV, access control, time attendance, IP networks and data centres — with our own certified engineers responsible for every stage, from pre-sales design to after-sales care.
What sets us apart is ownership of our technology. Alongside strategic partnerships with leading hardware, software and communications vendors, we engineer proprietary platforms — Oxygen O2, a multipurpose IoT automation server designed and built in the UAE, and NEXORA, a monitoring platform that supervises every camera and network device we deploy.
Operating in Dubai since 2008 and approved by Dubai Police (SIRA) as a CCTV installation company since 2013, we have completed more than 1,000 installations for malls, hotels, harbours, petrol stations, offices, villas and industrial plants across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait.

Dubai operations begin
Leaders Line Trading LLC begins operations in Dubai — CCTV, ELV, IT infrastructure, structured cabling, servers and wireless links.
- 2010
Wireless & ANPR R&D
Long-range point-to-point links, zero-roaming Wi-Fi mesh and air fibre — and in-house ANPR development begins.
- 2013
SIRA approval
Approved by Dubai Police (SIRA) as a CCTV installation company.
- ADMCC
Abu Dhabi approval
Approved by Abu Dhabi Police (MOI) through ADMCC to carry out CCTV works.
- 2016
Oxygen IoT launched
First Oxygen IoT products for smart homes, offices and facilities — temperature sensing and HVAC control.
- 2017
Connected platform
Audio server, messenger integration, Apple HomeKit support, hotel-room automation and centralised control.

O2 IoT server
Launch of O2 — a multi-protocol, programmable automation server with AI-assisted logic built on Node-RED.
